As a concept app that was to be developed in-house at Espress Labs, Hook would operate as the Uber for towing. The app would let companies or independent towers register themselves through an online dashboard, which would translate into the app. The app itself would effortlessly let customers control what type of towing they would need and easily request a pick-up, all while seeing step by step when the tower would arrive, where they would be going, etc.
The app itself was never developed, however my role for this project was to create a clean and approachable public site that would easily differentiate and highlight the three main areas of focus; client (passenger) side, driver side, & business side.
Project
Hook App Public Website
Client
Espress Labs
What I Did
Designed Layout of Key Web Pages
Approachability through
clean and focused design
As an app that was information heavy, my intention was to create a site that would not only feel clean and precise, but heavily focus on the differentiation between the 3 main avenues of potential business.
Consistency through
App to Web
The overall feel of the app was important to continue throughout the website. I focused my efforts on directly translating the app design into the look & feel of the website itself.
