Overview

UNIQLO had come to us with a problem to solve. At some of their key stores around the GTA, we were tasked with developing in-store assets that would focus on pushing sales of their Wireless Bra collection & ankle pants.

UNIQLO wanted to focus on a few key services that they provide within store, specifically their free alterations for their ankle pants and to highlight their bra technology that made them a competitive choice with women.

What I Did

Ideation, Art Direction, In-Store Rollout

Focused on the
Styles and Technology

One of our goals was to educate customers on the many types of bras UNIQLO provides for all body types. To ensure this, we created multiple creative pieces that would live at key areas throughout the store. Relevant areas included: front of store, in and out of section areas, mirror clings and change-rooms.

Highlighting the
Ankles and Alterations

For ankle pants, the focus was on UNIQLOs unique service of providing free alterations to their customers. We created product stickers and tags, as well as change-room mirror clings that would have most probability of being seen by customers.

Start with a Platform

We started with a range of different names and creative style to help identify and highlight these products within a busy store.

Start With Bold Creative
Way Up High

Starting from the front of the store, we started the visual journey with large hanging posters with an inviting message. Ensuring we kept a constant look adhering to UNIQLOs aesthetic, we continued this messaging throughout key areas of the store.

Highlight Products Through
the Consumer Journey

We created neck tags & stickers that would be used on product to highlight certain features and get the conversation started. These neck tags would also be on out-of-section clothing pieces such as T-shirts.

Continue to Drive Sales
Through Unique Placement

In change rooms, we would remind ladies to look for wireless bras and where to find them. Using vinyl decals, we’ll make it seem like there are bras hanging on the coat hooks. Our messaging will speak to the range of styles with a CTA driving to the bra section.

Let’s shed some light on the unique
in-store service, and their ankles.

UNIQLO offers a unique service not seen in many of these type of retail spaces, in which they provide free alterations on pants for their customers. This was a key experience the client wanted to feature.

Start With Bold Creative

Highlight Products Through
the Consumer Journey

Continue to Drive Sales
Through Unique Placement
